#730, August 25, 1933, American Philatelic Society Issue released
in conjunction with the "Century of Progress" Exhibition in Chicago,
Illinois commemorating the centenary of the incorporation if Chicago as a city.
Pictured on each stamp is the restored Fort Dearborn. This Souvenir Sheet of 25
stamps was issued by the Treasury Department Bureau of Engraving and Printing
under the authority of James Farley, Postmaster General at the time. The sheets
were issued imperforate and without gum. Singles from this sheet are
